Privacy Policy

RabbitTrust collects account, listing, communication and transaction-record information needed to operate the platform. Sensitive identity documents must only be accessible to authorized administrators.

For Early Access, RabbitTrust stores the member ID, campaign source, optional slot number, activation and expiry dates, and status so the 500-slot limit can be enforced without exposing private rabbitry records.

Users may request account correction or deletion subject to legal and fraud-prevention requirements.

Remembering your marketplace

When you choose the Philippines or United States marketplace, RabbitTrust stores only PH or US in a first-party functional cookie named rt95_market for up to 90 days. This remembers your browsing choice on this browser, including after signing out. It does not change your account address, listing currency or subscription, and is not used to track you across other websites. Choose the other marketplace to change it, or clear this cookie in your browser to forget it. If cookies are blocked, explicit country links still work.

Advertising and Google AdSense

RabbitTrust is applying to use Google AdSense. This disclosure describes the planned advertising service; it is not a statement that Google has approved RabbitTrust or that ads are currently being served.

If Google advertising is enabled, Google and participating third-party advertising providers may use cookies to select ads using your earlier visits to RabbitTrust and other websites. Google's advertising cookies can support personalised ads from Google and its partners based on that browsing activity. The ads and data processing available to you may depend on your location, applicable consent requirements and advertising choices.

You can manage Google personalised advertising through Google My Ad Center. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites at Google's partner-site privacy explanation, and about its cookies at Google's cookie information. Choices for participating third-party advertising companies are available through YourAdChoices. These choices do not necessarily remove advertising; you may still receive non-personalised ads.

This policy does not itself collect advertising consent. Before enabling advertising that requires consent, RabbitTrust must provide the applicable consent controls and update this policy to reflect the services actually enabled. No advertising-consent tool is introduced by this privacy-page update.

Functional cookies, visitor measurement and your choices

Functional session cookies support sign-in and security. They are separate from advertising cookies and the marketplace preference described above. Blocking or deleting cookies can sign you out or prevent settings from being remembered.

Use Contact & Support to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. Do not send passwords, verification codes or complete payment credentials. Account-specific requests may require confirmation of account ownership.
